Censor has acted on behalf of the owners of Branäsgruppen as advisors in connection with a new share issue of SEK 75m.

Branäsgruppen is Sweden´s second largest owner of ski resorts with five different destinations. The resorts have had a strong development since the turn of the millennium. Each year the resorts altogether have 700 000 ski Days with an annual turnover of over SEK 250m.

Inlandsinnovation med en grupp investerare
The government owned private equity firm Inlandsinnovation has invested SEK 50m in Branäsgruppen becoming a new owner in the group. At the same time, a group of private investors has invested an additional SEK 25m, also becoming new owners.
