When can financial advice be relevant and value-creating?

Censor provides financial advice primarily from an ownership perspective. Examples of this can include: valuation of the company prior to a change of ownership, financial analysis of the company prior to a planned change of ownership or analysis of the current situation and any necessary measures that can lead to a higher value of the company.

Some examples of the financial advice we offer

  • Company valuation
  • Financial analysis prior to a change of ownership, in connection with company acquisitions, distribution of shares to staff or in connection with raising capital
  • Second opinion regarding an offer for your company or an objective reasoning about a potential acquisition
  • Handling of so-called ‘surprise offers’ i.e. what do you do when an unexpected bid is made for the company?
