Censor has on behalf of the family Malm acted as advisor and project leader in connection with the change of ownership when Norwegian Scandinavian Business Seating acquired Malmstolen AB.

Malmstolen is one of the leading manufacturers of ergonomic seating solutions in Sweden. Malmstolen was founded in 1994 by Dick Malm along with his sons Arne and Erik Malm. Malmstolen has over the years invested considerable resources in developing high quality office chairs with a focus on ergonomics and comfort. Malmstolen offers five different product lines and four backrests with various optional features. Operations are conducted from Stenungsund and Hunnebostrand, where production of Malmstolen products takes place.

Norwegian Scandinavian Business Seating (now Flokk) is the market leader in Scandinavia in designing and manufacturing of chairs for office environments in the private and public sectors. Scandinavian Business Seating sells its products worldwide and owns brands such as HÅG, RH, RBM and BMA where Malmstolen now becomes a new member of the family. In 2015 Scandinavian Business Seating generated sales amounting to approx. 130 million euros. The majority owner of Scandinavian Business Seating is Triton, a British private equity group operating in various countries and segments.
