Censor has on behalf of the owners acted as advisor and project leader in connection with the change of ownership when Midroc Electro acquired several companies from Capere Elteknik.
Target
Capere Elteknik was founded in 2006 and was the owner company of the four companies that were included in the transaction. Together, the four companies have about 60 employees and a broad knowledge of installation, implementation, construction and other electrical assignments. Skandia Elmontage was founded in 1965, the El-Bröderna was founded in 1974, V-Bygg was founded in the early 1990s and Elektro Teknik Högsbo was founded in 1992. Together, the four companies have approximately 80 MSEK in revenue with good profitability.
