Lidan Sepson Technologies gets a new owner
Censor has, on behalf of Lidan Sepson Technologies AB, acted as advisor and project leader in connection with a new share issue in the company of SEK 65 million from Ernström & C:O AB and Michael Olsson.

The group consists of the companies Lidan Marine AB in Lidköping and Sepson AB in Vansbro. Lidan Marine was founded in 1909 and supplies winch and handling systems for marine applications to customers all over the world. The company’s largest markets are equipment for RoRo vessels, handling of offshore and subsea vehicles, wave power, Oil purification and large hangar doors. Sepson was founded in 1900 and is a world-leading supplier of vehicle-mounted winches for heavy-duty vehicles for commercial and military users.
