Erik Engnér

Erik works as an advisor and transaction manager, with overall responsibility for leading an ownership change process from start to finish. Erik started working at Censor in 2007 and has over 15 years’ experience in corporate transactions from a wide range of industries and transaction structures. Erik is responsible for Censor's operations in Southern Sweden and is based in Malmö. He holds master's degree from the School of Business, Economics & Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Erik has built up a large network of contacts with both industrial and financial buyers both in Sweden and internationally and has extensive experience of working with financial analysis, management and ownership matters as well as negotiations in connection with changes of ownership - not infrequently on the international arena. Erik has also acted as transaction manager in a number of transactions where Censor has collaborated with our sister organization Corporate Finance International.
