Censor has on behalf of the owners acted as financial advisor and project manager in connection with the change of ownership when Inducore acquired Gehab Kvalitetspåbyggaren AB and Gehab Fastigheter i Alvesta AB.

Gehab designs and manufactures customized and highly qualitative truck bodies for heavy trucks, mainly within the building- and construction industry. The company was founded in 1976 and has been operated by two generations in Alvesta, Southern Sweden. Today, Gehab has approx. 70 employees and a turnover of approx. SEK 180 million.
