Färskvaruhuset was founded in 1958 in Kungälv and initially operated under the company name KC Chark. In 2003, the name was changed to Färskvaruhuset with the aim of becoming a nationwide supplier of meat, charcuterie, and delicatessen products to the retail sector. Through high service standards, flexibility, and a strong customer focus, the company has shown significant growth since then. The operations are currently run from modern facilities in Rollsbo, just outside of Gothenburg. Today, the company has a turnover of nearly 500 MSEK.
