Tomas Haeger

Tomas has over 25 years of experience as an advisor to Nordic companies, primarily in the areas of strategy and marketing. He also has extensive experience in managing and operating owner-led companies, from start-up to change of ownership, and as an external CEO. Tomas is co-author of several books, such as Relationsmarknadsföring and Det Kundnära Företaget.

Tomas works closely with Censor regarding ownership planning and formulating owner agendas with the aim of contributing to professional- and harmonious ownership climate. In parallel with his collaboration with Censor, Tomas works as a senior consultant in a co-owned company focusing on customer-driven business development with a special focus on marketing and communication matters.
