Erik Arvidsson

Erik works as an advisor and transaction manager, with overall responsibility for leading an ownership change process from start to finish. After spending a few years in operational roles, Erik started working at Censor in 2011. Today, he has extensive experience of corporate transactions from a number of different industries where approximately half of all completed transactions have taken place on the international arena. Erik has a master's degree from the School of Business, Economics & Law at the University of Gothenburg as well as having studied at the University of Economics in Vienna and the University of Innsbruck.

Erik has extensive experience of working with financial analysis, transaction structures, management and ownership matters as well as negotiations in connection with changes of ownership. As a result, Erik has built up a large network of contacts with both industrial and financial buyers internationally. Erik is part of Corporate Finance International's sector team for Software and IT services.
