Anders Lorentzon

Anders works as an advisor and transaction manager, with overall responsibility for leading an ownership change process from start to finish. Anders started working at Censor in 2015 and has a background as an entrepreneur and business leader. After studying at Lund University and the Technical University of Barcelona, Anders started working at an international consultancy company based in London. Sometime later, Anders was offered co-ownership in a consultancy company which was later sold to a listed Swedish company. After this, Anders was one of the founding members of a consultancy business which was later sold to a large Nordic player. Before joining Censor, Anders worked as a transaction manager in change of ownership matters at a small M&A advisor located in Stockholm.
