Nordicon organizes consolidated shipments to more than 500 export destinations and from more than 300 import locations around the world. The Group has offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. In 2020, sales amounted to around SEK 350 million and EBITA of approx. SEK 40 million.

VA INGENJÖRERNA has 47 employees in five offices in Stockholm, Lund, Örebro, Linköping and Karlstad. In 2020, the company had a revenue of SEK 300 million.
By acquiring VA Ingenjörerna, EnviDan and Waterland continue their ambitious growth strategy to further develop EnviDan with an ambition to create a European environmental company that delivers solutions throughout the water cycle.
EnviDan provides complete solutions in water cycle as well as financial advice combined with a wide range of software solutions for the Danish, Norwegian and Swedish water and wastewater sectors. EnviDan has 270 employees in offices in Silkeborg, Århus, Aalborg, Kastrup, Lyngby, Oslo, Åndalsnes, Gothenburg, Helsingborg and Malmö. In 2019/20, the company had revenue of DKK 271 million and is backed by the private equity fund Waterland.
Inducore has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Gehab, thereby strengthening the industrial group’s position as a leading vehicle bodybuilder in northern Europe through a strengthened and broadened product offering.
Gehab designs and manufactures specially adapted and high-quality truck bodies for heavy vehicles, primarily in the construction and civil engineering sector. The company was founded in 1976 and has been run with good growth and profitability by two generations in Alvesta. Today, Gehab has sales of approximately SEK 180 million and approximately 70 employees.

The acquisition of Gehab both strengthens and broadens our overall product offering, where Gehab as a brand together with Sörling, PLS and Norfrig strengthens our position as the leading vehicle bodybuilder in northern Europe,” says Magnus Biesse, CEO of Inducore.

In addition, IVEO has been rewarded Agency of the Year Sweden no less than three times (2016, 2018 and 2019).

In recent years, the company has enjoyed a very strong growth rate whilst increasing profitability markedly.

The three companies are specialised within RCE, often on common projects and service assignments. The acquired operations were part of the Comfort chain, where they previously have been awarded “Årets Service- och Entreprenadföretag” (Service and Contracting Company of the Year).
